Intentional: 2018 Word of the Year & Goals

Over the years of watching YouTubers and reading bloggers all the time, I have seen many “word of the year” videos and blog posts. Seriously! Just type in “word of the year” into Pinterest. And, I finally decided to give it a try. This year, my word is “intentional.”

Intentional: 2018 Word of the Year & Goals

Intentional – done on purpose; deliberate*

*According to Google Dictionary.

I want to make decisions that are intentional and help me to reach my goals. Rather than flailing around and trying every little thing and never saying no. This year, I am being more purposeful. I wanted to share a brief overview of my (or my husband and I’s in some cases) goals.

Intentional Goals

Spend and save intentionally! No mindless purchases. Make specific, but attainable goals.

Grow and mold my business intentionally. Make specific guidelines for the business. And be intentional with the clients I work with!

Take classes that are beneficial to my own career, make my degree work for me. Take opportunities intentionally… meaning, say no if the fit is wrong. And say yes if it’s right!

Make an intentional plan to get down to pre-Zoloft weight. And to overall feel better. However, keep the plan attainable.

Do you have a word of the year? What are your goals in relation to that word?
